Rose Taylor graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Business Management. While business is her primary passion, she found out early on she had a knack for accounting. For the past 15 years, Rose has owned multiple businesses and partnerships in varying fields such as retail, B2B, e-commerce, and real estate. She has worked for small businesses and multi-million dollar corporations, both publicly and privately.
She is an Enrolled Agent and has been practicing accounting and tax for over 15 years. An Enrolled Agent (EA) is an individual who has demonstrated technical competence in the field of taxation where they advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for any entity with tax-reporting requirements. EA's are licensed by the federal government and are authorized to appear in the place of the Taxpayer at the Internal Revenue Service.
Nicholas Meyers is an experienced accounting and finance professional with over 20 years in various industries including agriculture and manufacturing. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oklahoma and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Okahoma. Nicholas is a proven leader in the development of organizational structures, capital investment, and software implementations.
Rebecca Irving is our lead staff accountant. She works closely with clients
during the on-boarding process to help make sure it's a smooth transition.
She has over 20 years experience with multiple accounting softwares. She has a Bachelors degree in accounting from Utah Valley University. She lives in Oklahoma with her husband and four children.
Katie works primarily with all clients' payroll and sales tax processing. She handles day to day payroll, quarterly reporting, and tax filings. When she's not issuing pay stubs, you can find her at the lake surfing, working out, or cheering on her race car driver husband!
Steven VanCauwenbergh is a serial entrepreneur and author who has built (and sold!) several businesses in the service-based industries of music, bridal, B2B, and real estate investing. His strengths are teaching entrepreneurs systems to help increase their capacity, scaling your business, and thinking outside the box. Steven works to create long-term value for our clients through marketing, strategies, and utilizing outside relationships to make your business better!
Liz Poteet obtained her accounting education at Oklahoma State University. She has worked in a variety of fields, such as, manufacturing, construction, local missions, non-profits, and property management. Liz handles much of our office management duties, client accounts payable and receivables, payroll, inventory, and property management.
Jeremy is a multifaceted, results driven achiever who has been active in the cannabis industry since the passing of Oklahoma State Question 788. Jeremy leverages his real estate license to help cannabis businesses secure their sites of operations as well as guide fellow ambitious entrepreneurs through the startup process. Jeremy loves to solve problems and is passionately driven by optimism and results. No problem is too big and no knot is too difficult to untangle!
Misti is an integral part of our company. She assists with many clients, and is always ready to jump in and help where needed. She has worked for a Mission Department/Church organization, Quickbooks for several years, and volunteers as a youth leader.
After 25 years in Texas, Carrye decided to join us in Oklahoma. She and her family decided to relocate to "lake life". As a Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, she is having to adjust to the other teams in the Big 12. She loves cross stitching, watching baseball, and cheering her son on in his endeavors.
Gloria has worked in both public and private industries for over 30 years. From her experience as the Business Manager of a boutique law firm, to Director of Finance for a leading non-profit arts organization, she brings to the table the ability to collaborate and make your numbers real and tell the story of your company, all while minding the intricate rules surrounding IRC 280E and 471. She currently sits as Treasurer on the board of The Arts in Guthrie, OK. She is an avid photographer, loves to travel, creating zen, and spending time with friends and family.
