ROSE TAYLOR

Rose Taylor is a well-experienced accountant with abundant professional experience in varying industries. Since she was young, she has always had an interest in all things business and quickly noticed her organic accounting capabilities. Rose graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Business Management. Since then, she has worked with public and private companies ranging from small businesses to multi-million dollar corporations. Rose is no stranger to the cannabis industry; she loves the challenges it brings. She loves pursuing new knowledge, collaborating, and using her creative problem solving skills to set herself apart from other business professionals. Over her career, she has owned multiple businesses and had vested partnership interests in retail, e-commerce, and real estate companies.
As an Enrolled Agent and accountant for the past 15 years, Rose’s entrepreneurial experience and exposure to companies of all sizes provides her with a unique perspective compared to most in the industry. She brings exceptional knowledge to the table when it comes to advising and representing her clients’ best interests.
NICHOLAS MEYERS
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Nicholas Meyers is an experienced accounting and finance professional with over 20 years in various industries including agriculture and manufacturing. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oklahoma and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Okahoma. Nicholas is a proven leader in the development of organizational structures, capital investment, and software implementations.
REBECCA IRVING
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Rebecca Irving is our lead staff accountant. She works closely with clients
during the on-boarding process to help make sure it's a smooth transition.
She has over 20 years experience with multiple accounting softwares. She has a Bachelors degree in accounting from Utah Valley University. She lives in Oklahoma with her husband and four children.
KATIE BAIRD
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Katie works primarily with all clients' payroll and sales tax processing. She handles day to day payroll, quarterly reporting, and tax filings. When she's not issuing pay stubs, you can find her at the lake surfing, working out, or cheering on her race car driver husband!
STEVEN VANCAUWENBERGH
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Steven VanCauwenbergh is a serial entrepreneur and author who has built (and sold!) several businesses in the service-based industries of music, bridal, B2B, and real estate investing. His strengths are teaching entrepreneurs systems to help increase their capacity, scaling your business, and thinking outside the box. Steven works to create long-term value for our clients through marketing, strategies, and utilizing outside relationships to make your business better!
LIZ POTEET
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Liz Poteet obtained her accounting education at Oklahoma State University. She has worked in a variety of fields, such as, manufacturing, construction, local missions, non-profits, and property management. Liz handles much of our office management duties, client accounts payable and receivables, payroll, inventory, and property management.

Jeremy is a multifaceted, results driven achiever who has been active in the cannabis industry since the passing of Oklahoma State Question 788. Jeremy leverages his real estate license to help cannabis businesses secure their sites of operations as well as guide fellow ambitious entrepreneurs through the startup process. Jeremy loves to solve problems and is passionately driven by optimism and results. No problem is too big and no knot is too difficult to untangle!

STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Misti is an integral part of our company. She assists with many clients, and is always ready to jump in and help where needed. She has worked for a Mission Department/Church organization, Quickbooks for several years, and volunteers as a youth leader.
CARRYE HALL
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
After 25 years in Texas, Carrye decided to join us in Oklahoma. She and her family decided to relocate to "lake life". As a Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, she is having to adjust to the other teams in the Big 12. She loves cross stitching, watching baseball, and cheering her son on in his endeavors.
GLORIA DALE
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Gloria has worked in both public and private industries for over 30 years. From her experience as the Business Manager of a boutique law firm, to Director of Finance for a leading non-profit arts organization, she brings to the table the ability to collaborate and make your numbers real and tell the story of your company, all while minding the intricate rules surrounding IRC 280E and 471. She currently sits as Treasurer on the board of The Arts in Guthrie, OK. She is an avid photographer, loves to travel, creating zen, and spending time with friends and family.
